On August 7, 2010, the annual Kensington Alumni Picnic was held at Banchetti's Grove on North French Road. This event is held for all Kensington High School alumni and many classes were represented this year. Sixteen of our 1962 graduating class attended, enjoyed the buffet lunch and caught up on latest news with classmates. The class of 1960 was in attendance and were celebrating their 50th reunion weekend. The weather cooperated completely with no rain in sight. See more pictures of classmates below:

From the July 28, 2010 edition of the Amherst Bee newspaper, sent to us by Margie Linhardt:
news
In Feb, 2010, Doug Klein, and Carolyn Clement Vaughan (with her husband, Bob) visited Bev Clements Vandemark in Rancho Mirage, CA, to ostensibly work on the class website. However, they were seen all over the valley taking in the local tourist attractions. Here they are in downtown Palm Springs snuggling up to a statue of Sonny Bono, a local "hero" (that's him second from left). They also visited the Palm Springs Air Museum, Living Desert, and took a very educational wind farm tour. Oh yes, and they also put in significant effort on this web site. See more pictures below.

Margie Linhardt took a multi-state bus tour in 2008, ending up on the West Coast. Upon arriving in Los Angeles, Bev Clements Vandemark joined her for a short tour of some of the tourist sites of the City. Bev lives in Rancho Mirage, a couple of hours from LA. Here they are in Marina del Rey, where they stopped for a wonderful lunch while watching the boats sail in and out of the harbor.
Bev Clements Vandemark and her husband visited Carolyn Clement Vaughan in Tucson, AZ, in October, 2009. Here are Bob Vaughan, Bev, and Carolyn as they visited the BioSphere 2, one of Tucson's fun attractions.
